At Itsroavo, we want our customers to have a smooth shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to request a return or refund under this policy.
1. 7-Day Return Period
Customers may request a return or refund within 7 calendar days from the date the order is delivered.
The return period starts on the delivery date shown by the applicable delivery service.
Requests submitted after the 7-day period may not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product should generally:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned with its original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories where applicable.
- Not be damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer.
- Be accompanied by the relevant order details or proof of purchase.
Certain products may not be eligible for return due to their nature, hygiene requirements, customization, or other applicable restrictions.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at RoavoShopping@gmail.com.
We may request photographs, videos, order information, or other details to verify the issue.
If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we may offer a replacement, return, or refund as appropriate.
4. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will determine whether the refund is approved.
If approved, the eligible refund will generally be processed through the original payment method.
Refund processing and the time required for the amount to appear in your account may depend on the payment provider or bank.
5. Shipping and Handling Charges
For eligible customer-initiated returns, a 2% shipping/handling charge may be deducted from the refundable amount, where applicable.
Original shipping charges may also be non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise qualifying product for which Itsroavo is responsible.
6. Return Shipping
Unless otherwise stated, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs for returns requested for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or other customer-related reasons.
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product caused by Itsroavo, we may cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, subject to verification.
7. Non-Returnable Products
Some products may not be eligible for return, including products that:
- Have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Are personalized or made specifically for the customer.
- Cannot reasonably be returned for hygiene or safety reasons.
- Are otherwise identified as non-returnable on the product page.
8. Cancellation
Order cancellation may be possible before the order is shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the customer may need to follow the return procedure described in this policy.
9. Refund Exclusions
A refund may be refused or adjusted where:
- The return request is made after the 7-day return period.
- The product does not meet the return conditions.
- The product has been damaged or used after delivery.
- Required parts, accessories, packaging, or items are missing.
- The return is inconsistent with the conditions stated in this policy.
Nothing in this policy is intended to remove any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
